Quick answers to the most common issues students face when trying to access their EduAccess account.
I didn’t receive my login details. What should I do?
First, check your spam and promotions folder for an email from ETA Access. If you still can’t find it, use the “Create your student account” link above with the email you used at checkout, or contact support so we can resend your access.
My password isn’t working.
Passwords are case-sensitive. Try typing it slowly or copying and pasting from a password manager. If it still fails, click the “Forgot your password?” link on this page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
Can I use the same login on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in from your laptop, tablet, or phone using the same student account. For security reasons, avoid sharing your login with others outside your household.
I see an empty dashboard after logging in.
This usually means your student account is not yet linked to your enrollment. Please contact support with your order email and we’ll connect your courses to your account within one business day.
